    Please note that during sale periods and other busy periods delivery may be delayed
    You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking code as soon as your order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse.
    You can track your order with all shipping services. Standard service orders are shipped with UPS or DPD.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We do not deliver to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or to PO boxes.
If you order multiple products, they may be shipped separately, which can lead to different delivery times. In that case, we will notify you on the order confirmation page before payment.
Our warehouses are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
IgleCreations is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen as a result of delivery instructions given to our courier.

Return policy
Any claims for misprinted / damaged / defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims found to be in error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice a problem with the products or anything else in the order, please submit a problem report.

The return address defaults to Iglecreations. When we receive a returned shipment, an automatic email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns are donated to charities after 4 weeks. If they are not used as a return address on the premises, you will be responsible for any returned shipments you receive.

Wrong address: if you or your end customer provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facilities. You will be responsible for the costs of reshipping once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed - Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment to you or your end customer (if applicable).

If you have not registered an account with Uglecreations and have added a billing method, you hereby agree that any order returned due to an incorrect shipping address or failure to claim shipping will not be available for reshipment and will be donated to charity at your expense. (without us making a refund).

Iglecreations does not accept returns of sealed products, such as, among others, face masks, which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that orders returned with face masks will not be available for reshipment and will be removed.

Notice for EU consumers: In accordance with article 16 (c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, of October 25, 2011, on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer;
2. sealed products that have been opened after delivery and are therefore not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene,

therefore, Iglecreations reserves the right to reject returns in its sole discretion.

This Policy will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of translations made for any purpose.

    RETURNS AND REFUNDS

    Packages sent from our centers in the US and Mexico are returned to our Charlotte center. His address is: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.


    Packages sent from our center in Latvia are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.


    Packages sent from our center in Spain are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, ​​Spain.


    Packages handled by our partner centers in Australia are returned to the following address: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (clothing orders); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (accessories and decoration).

    You can report problems with an order through your Printful dashboard.

    1. Log into your Iglecreations account
    2. Find order in your orders page - search using order number
    3. Click on order to open order summary
    4. Click "Report" to open problem report window
    5. Write up your problem in detail and upload relevant photos where possible
    6. Click "Report problem"

    Be aware that Iglecreations may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

    All purchases can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To do so, fill out the returns sheet attached to the order and include it inside the package before sending it back to the facilities previously discussed in this section.

    Do you accept all returns?

    All items must arrive unworn, with labels attached and in their original packaging. Try on footwear indoors to avoid scratches and scuffs.

    In the event that we receive an order that is not in condition to be sold again, we will be forced to send the product back to you.

    Do I have to use the original package when sending it back?

    It does not matter what packaging you use as long as the product and the original box are well protected. It is necessary that you pack them in a secure way that they do not deteriorate, since any item is under your responsibility until we receive it.

    Do you make changes?

    We cannot make changes to articles. As soon as we receive the orders, we examine them and process your refund. If you want another size or model, you can place a new order online.

    How much does the return cost?

    Shipping costs for returns are borne by the buyer. If you want to return a product to us, you can check with your local carrier for the shipping price.

    A couple of things to keep in mind:

    We advise you to keep the receipt of the postal shipment until we confirm that we have received the return.
    When we receive your order and have reimbursed the items, we will send you an email to inform you.

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But do not worry! We will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order.

    We may ask for your help before doing that, such as confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to verify that your customer has contacted the carrier to try to locate the lost order.

    Please note that if the tracking information indicates that an order was delivered, but your customer believes that it has not been received, we will not take responsibility and will reship that order. In that case, the replacements would have to be at your expense.

    You can check our return policy for up-to-date details on reshipments.

    If something arrives damaged, please report it using the form on this page, then we will gladly send you a replacement at no cost to you.

    If the recipient's address was wrong, then you are held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. If you set the return address as your own, you can update the address and personally reship the order. If our address is set as the return address, then we'll contact you for an updated address.

    If the package was not returned to sender, then you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
