For Spain (peninsula) and the Balearic Islands, shipments take approximately between 3 and 6 working days (Monday to Friday) to arrive at your address since you confirm the purchase. In the rest of Europe it may take a little longer.
We have different courier services and once the purchase is confirmed, it takes a maximum of 24 working hours to deliver it to the courier service. They are in charge, at that moment, of sending you an SMS or mail indicating the tracking number of your shipment. In this way you can check with the delivery company the status of the delivery of the order at any time. You can also check your order in your personal IgleCreations control panel in the - TRACK section
In periods of campaigns and promotions, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
Once the order is confirmed, it goes directly to the warehouse where it is processed. Managing orders so quickly prevents us from being able to respond to cancellation requests or item changes. However, once you receive it you can manage its return.
If you have received your order, and it is missing an item that you have purchased, contact us at [email protected] providing photos of the delivery note, the box and the products received. Once you send it, we will solve the incident as soon as possible.
To obtain the invoice for your order, you can request it by writing to [email protected] and providing your full name, address and NIF/CIF number. In a matter of a few days you will receive the invoice by mail. Although filling in the billing options in your control panel will be enough. But if there is any incidence, please carry out the commented action.

If you have not received the confirmation email, but in the shop you have seen the message with your confirmed order number and you have been charged the corresponding payment, you can be sure that it has been processed successfully. The reason why you have not received the email may be because the email address may contain an error, because the mail has entered the spam folder by mistake or because there has been a computer problem on our part with the sending of the confirmation email. You will receive your order without any problem. If you also want more information, write to us at [email protected] indicating the order number, shipping information and attach proof of payment.
The forms of payment accepted by IgleCreations are PayPal, Paypal credit card, Payment in 3 Paypal installments, Cards, SOFORT, SEPA, giroPay. It may happen that some payment method is momentarily deactivated due to a computer incident. If so, choose another payment method please.
Once you receive a discount code, you must enter it at the end of the purchase in the box that you will find indicated as 'VOUCHER CODE'. Once the data has been entered, you must click on 'apply coupon' and wait for the discount coupon to be applied.
Your payment may be declined for one of the following reasons:
The card could be expired. Check that your card has not exceeded the validity date.
You may have reached the card limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
Some data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
IgleCreations always makes sure to verify that the products that are sent correspond to those requested, however, if exceptionally a product arrives by mistake, write to us at [email protected] attaching photos of the product and the delivery note. This way we can manage it and give you a solution as soon as possible. Or if by mistake you have lost a product, check that it is included in the delivery note and then write to us at [email protected] attaching photos of the product and the delivery note. If, on the other hand, the item you have ordered is broken or defective, write to us at [email protected] attaching photos of the product and the delivery note.
Once the purchase is confirmed, it takes a maximum of 24 working hours to deliver it to the selected courier service. Delivery time is 2-4 business days (Monday to Friday). If after this time you still have not received your order, write to us at [email protected] providing us with the order number and shipping information.
We have extended from 15 to 30 the calendar days that the USER has to return it, counted from the date of receipt of the product (article 71 of Law 3/2014, of March 27). You can return the products you want as long as they are in perfect condition and are not kits/sets or personalized products. We do not make changes, so when we receive it and verify that it is correct, we will refund the amount of the item you return. It is not necessary, you can complete your purchase without being registered and there will be no problem. But if you want to track your order, you must be registered. The USER has the same rights and deadlines to proceed to make the return and / or claim the possible vices or defects that the product presents, for registered USERS as for non-registered USERS.
The USER has a period of (30) thirty calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the product, to return it (article 71 of Law 3/2014 of March 27. The expenses related to the shipment of Returns will be fully assumed by IgleCreations.In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

IgleCreations will proceed to make the refund using the same means of payment used by the USER for the initial transaction.
The cost of returning the products will be FREE.
In the cases in which the USER wants to return the products voluntarily, that is, without detecting defects or irregularities in them, the price of the product will be reimbursed less 3 euros of management expenses.
The refund will not proceed in the following cases:
If the product is not presented in perfect condition.
If the product packaging is not the original or is not in perfect condition. The original packaging must protect the product so that it is received in perfect condition, the use of seals and adhesive tapes applied directly on it being prohibited.
When the product is open without being able to prove that it has not been used.
When they are personalized products and/or "custom kits" or those that, for reasons of hygiene or other legally provided exceptions, are not subject to the right of withdrawal or return.
Postage will be calculated at the time of finalizing the order.
