In IgleCreations, we create products on demand, with a focus on sustainable and personalized. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind or mistake in the selection of sizes, colors and models. However, if your order arrives faulty or damaged, we will be happy to help you with a replacement or refund.
1. General conditions for Returns
🔍 Cases in which we accept returns or refunds:
- Manufacturing defects.
- Errors in the product you have received (model, color or incorrect size).
- Damage in transit (it should be served in a maximum of 7 days after receipt).
📌 Cases in which we do NOT accept returns:
- Change of opinion or dissatisfaction with the design.
- Mistakes when choosing size or color.
- Normal wear and tear with use.
- Problems arising from a wash or incorrect maintenance.
- Products on sale or purchased with a discount.
Important:
All our products are manufactured on demand, which means that we do not keep stock. This allows us to reduce the waste, but it also limits the possibility of returns or exchanges without a valid excuse.
2. How to Request a Return or Refund
If you received a defective or incorrect product, follow these steps:
📩 Step 1: please Send us an email [email protected] in a maximum period of 7 days following the reception of the order.
📷 Step 2: Attach clear photos of the received product, including tags and packaging.
📦 Step 3: once the return is approved, we will show you the steps to follow. Depending on the case, you can opt for:
✅ A replacement without additional cost.
✅ A partial or total refund.
3. Time limits and Procedure of Refund
💳 Method of Refund:
refunds will be made in the same method of payment used in the purchase.
⏳ Processing time:
- Assessment of application: Up to 5 business days after the receipt of your request.
- Refund approved: 5-10 working days to reflect in your bank or PayPal account.
4. Products Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged by the transport, inform us within 7 days of delivery with photos of damage. We will get in touch with the provider to give you the best solution.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Only for EU)
🔔 Customers in the European Union
According to the european regulation, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery only if the product has not been customized and manufactured on demand.
Does not apply to:
❌ Products made-to-order (Print-on-Demand).
❌ Personalized items.
To exercise this right, please send an e-mail to [email protected] with your order number and reason for withdrawal.
6. Shipping costs on Returns
📌 If the mistake is ours (defective product or wrong), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
📌 If you wish to return a product without any defect, you must pay the costs of shipping and return must be pre-approved.
